Selects the amount of time between DTMF
digit transmission in a DTMF digit transmission sequence or speed dial.
This interdigit duration also applies to DTMF digits
that are manually dialed (see Phone Dialing).
This selection applies for the current DTMF
Timings (record / row). 
DTMF Timings are then selected for use from the DTMF
Timing Select fields. Time is in milliseconds (ms).
